At HCMotorku.com, we understand the importance of satisfaction when it comes to accessorizing your Harley. We offer a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your accessories to initiate a return if you're not satisfied.

Conditions for Returns

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: no damaged or used, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You must provide photos after receiving the items, or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Include your items or proof of purchase in your email.
Wait for our return shipping address and detailed return instructions.

Please Note: Returns without prior request via email will not be accepted. Ensure you follow our instructions closely to avoid any inconvenience.

Please send all returns to the address provided in our email response upon your return request confirmation.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects or damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you find that it cannot be installed during the installation process, please contact us for more installation instructions. We will send more installation instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Gift cards.
For any questions regarding whether your item is returnable, please contact us.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:
Return the original item using our 30-day return guarantee.
Place a new order for the item you prefer once your return is accepted.
This ensures that you receive your new item faster and that it remains in stock.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For our customers within the European Union, you have the option to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason—no justification needed. The same return conditions apply.
