Shipping Policy

At HCmotorku, we're dedicated to premium motorcycle seats, guard bars, and fenders. Our commitment to excellent quick and secure service ensures your orders reach you on time, no matter where you are in the world.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In the event of out-of-stock or high-volume orders, delivery time may be longer than the above estimate. 

Domestic Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Domestic shipments typically take 3-7 business days to arrive after processing. Shipping time may be longer in some remote areas.
  • Shipping Methods: We use reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL Express and USPS to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping all orders. Additional cost if you ask for expedited package. 

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: International shipments usually take 7-21 business days to arrive after processing. Shipping time may be longer in some remote areas.
  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping all orders. Additional cost if you ask for expedited package.

Without any additional freight charges, we use the basic logistics method by default. If you need faster logistics timeliness, please contact us in time and we will provide you with more logistics solutions based on your order. However, please note that if you change to a faster logistics method, we will charge additional logistics fees.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Use this number to track your order's progress from our warehouse to your destination.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@hcmotorku.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Several Package

In some cases, we will split your order into separate packages, such as multiple items that exceed the package size required by the logistics provider or are overweight; especially if you order a bunch of items from us. All orders are shipped from China/USA/Europe. During sales and holidays, delivery times may be longer than the above estimates.

We take extra care to verify every order we receive. This is a process that we strive to complete within the time frame in which your order ships or is sent to the manufacturer who is shipping your order. In some cases, our order verification process may delay the shipment of your order. Please be sure to provide accurate information when placing your order so that if needed we can contact you using the information listed to dispatch your order the same day (if we have stock in our warehouse).

Damage, Returns, and Exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@hcmotorku.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you believe your package has been misdelivered, you can contact our customer service team and we can coordinate with the package handling service to initiate a package investigation.

If the package processing service cannot find the package or indicates that the package has been delivered to the correct address, we will actively contact the buyer to solve the package problem.
